T&T came over almost immediately when we called because our furnace wasn't working. They have since replaced the furnace for us, after explaining very clearly what the problem had been. They also said the problem would have affected our air conditioning unit as well so we should be aware that the A/C was likely to need replacement too. Just two days later it got hot enough outside to need the A/C, and, as predicted, it wasn't working. They came straight over when we called, again, and replaced the A/C within a day. I highly recommended this company. They are professional and capable, and they really care about their customers. We could not be more satisfied!
